This position is within the Tolling Services team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. The team consists of IT professionals specializing in electronic road-charging solutions. Together with our partners we develop and operate intelligent kilometer-based tolling systems for international customers covering the entire business process (vehicle registrations country booking providing On-Board Units position data transmission charge calculation and fleet billing). Leveraging digital intelligence and advanced technology our tolling solutions facilitate seamless mobility across Europe. The team aims to enhance existing services and expand into new domains. As part of an international team collaborating with T-Systems International you will play a key role in supporting our customers with cutting-edge tolling solutions.

Main tasks

As a product owner:

• You will play a pivotal role in supporting and shaping backend tolling solution.
• You will take end-to-end responsibility by defining the product vision for backend products and services overseeing the entire product lifecycle.
• You create and maintain the backlog including detailed User Stories.
• You are actively engaged in communication with stakeholders to ensure clear alignment and understanding.
• You bring in-depth knowledge of agile methods and practices to lead the team by creating a positive work environment.
• It is natural for you to work in an international self-organized team in an agile organization and you would like to grow with us personally.

Qualifications :

Background and required skills:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in the following areas: Computer science Engineering Information Technology natural science mathematics business or equivalent work experience in IT
• More than 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Backlogs and User Stories.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have experience in software programming with Java.
• You may have already touch points with Kubernetes/Helm MongoDB Kafka reactive programming Quarkus REST/SOAP messaging Prometheus
• Deep understanding of agile methods and practices (Kanban Scrum SAFe etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication competences in English language.
• Proficiency in Jira & Confluence.

Advantage:

• Experience working in SAFe environment.
• Certification as a Product owner.
• Several years of  experiences in understanding the application of tolling products and services.
• German language knowledge
