Job Summary

The TPM Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates under optimal conditions to prevent breakdowns and delays in manufacturing processes. This role focuses on improving equipment and facility availability and performance through reliability analysis structured maintenance methodologies and continuous technological updates.

Functions and responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of a highly mature TPM structure with a strong focus on continuous improvement planned maintenance and competency development.
  • Lead the team in achieving critical KPI targets including OEE Technical Availability % MTBF and MTTR.
  • Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies within maintenance activities.
  • Create and continuously improve a highly effective planned maintenance program with high on-time completion rates and documented PM work standards.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System as it relates to maintenance processes.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to achieve defined maintenance objectives and performance metrics.
  • Ensure that all manuals diagrams control programs and electronic/mechanical maintenance procedures are properly recorded and documented.

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Engineering Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
  • Practical understanding of TPM program requirements.
  • Knowledge and mindset aligned with 5S principles.
  • Experience with failure analysis methods root cause analysis countermeasures and equipment reliability analysis.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards (lockout/tagout pressure vessels working at heights electrical installations).
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance or similar roles.
  • Experience in process development and/or manufacturing environments.
