Job Summary

Take ownership of all remaining engineering deliverables and ensure timely closure
Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering activities (process mechanical piping electrical I&C civil etc.)
Act as the primary engineering point of contact for:
- Construction teams
- Commissioning and start-up teams
Ensure engineering consistency between design construction and commissioning phases
Review validate and improve the quality and completeness of technical documentation (drawings calculations specifications procedures)
Manage technical interfaces with contractors vendors and internal stakeholders
Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting cost schedule or safety
Support troubleshooting during construction and commissioning
Ensure compliance with applicable codes standards and HSE requirements

Qualifications :

Senior Project Engineering Manager experience on large EPC projects
Proven ability to manage projects with large CAPEX
Background in one or more of the following sectors:
- Hazardous waste incineration or thermal treatment
- Oil & Gas
- Heavy industrial or energy projects
Strong experience working in an EPC execution model
Excellent understanding of engineering workflows and construction/commissioning constraints
High standards for technical documentation quality and traceability
Strong coordination leadership and communication skills
Ability to operate autonomously in a complex high-pressure project environment

Location & Duration

Little Rock Arkansas United States (on-site project presence required)
Minimum 18-month mission with potential extension
