Job Summary

  • You will assist our multinational HR department with administrative support in Payroll
  • You will develop experience working in one of the functional areas with the opportunity to work on cross-functional tasks as well.
  • You will be working side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Sick leave paper and other social insurance related documents handling
  • Processing the requests of the employees
  • Supporting the full-time colleagues in different processes (e.g. exit monthly payroll)
  • Arranging the post
  • Archiving
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications :

  • You have an active full-time student status at a college or university pursuing a BA or MA degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • You can work with us for a period of at least 6 months at least 30 hours per week at least 2 or 3 days on-site
  • You have good command of English and Hungarian languages
  • You are enthusiastic to develop yourself in the field of HR while being able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills
