Component Lead Network Operations Team (mfx)

• Lead and manage the NOC Green Team ensuring effective and efficient operations.
• Oversee the daily activities of the team providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery.
• Monitor and report on team performance identifying areas for improvement.
• Handle administrative tasks related to inventory & monitoring of network devices.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a Network Operations Center or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Additional languages such as Italian Lithuanian Czech Hungarian Slovakian Bulgarian Romanian or Croatian are a plus.
• Excellent Network-Skills (certified)
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM-Tools
