Requirements
- Total experience 8 Years
- Mandatory hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API for building and scaling production-grade conversational commerce solutions.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing WhatsApp chatbot workflows including product catalogs payments service ticketing and marketing use cases.
- Deep expertise in Meta platforms including WhatsApp Cloud API Flows Payments API Catalog Manager and message templates (authentication utility and marketing).
- Strong foundation in CPaaS-driven architectures including bot orchestration webhook handling API integrations and production troubleshooting.
- Proven experience working with CPaaS platforms such as Gupshup Twilio Infobip or Karix for high-scale deployments.
- Experience integrating WhatsApp solutions with CRM platforms especially Salesforce Service Cloud for omnichannel customer engagement.
- Exposure to multi-channel instant messaging ecosystems such as RCS Viber and Line is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale WhatsApp Business API implementations enabling conversational commerce across discovery transactions and customer support.
- Design and implement end-to-end WhatsApp conversational flows including product registration catalog-based searches payments (UPI) service ticketing and broadcast campaigns.
- Map business requirements to Meta APIs (Cloud/On-Prem) through client discovery workshops ensuring compliance with opt-ins HSMs messaging tiers and regulatory guidelines.
- Build and scale bots on CPaaS platforms integrating with backend systems CRM tools and analytics platforms for seamless omnichannel experiences.
- Optimize customer journeys using analytics A/B testing and GenAI enhancements measuring ROI across engagement conversion and CSAT metrics.
- Provide thought leadership and conduct workshops on conversational commerce WhatsApp best practices and multi-channel extensions (RCS Viber Line).
- Apply a consulting mindset to define roadmaps transformation strategies and continuous optimizations for high-volume deployments (10M users).
- Ensure production readiness and quality including webhook reliability API performance message delivery and issue resolution at scale.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering and client stakeholders to ensure smooth UAT rollout and post-go-live optimization.
