How youll make a difference
- Be part of a high-performing team delivering hydrologic and hydraulic modelling drainage design and integrated water management solutions with a strong focus on technical excellence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across a range of geographies to deliver integrated outcomes.
- Contribute to an exciting and diverse portfolio of projects across all market sectors including energy transport water environment and government across Victoria and beyond.
- Work on a wide range of engaging and challenging projects and where appropriate assist with supervision leadership and mentoring responsibilities to support the development of junior staff.

The qualities that help you thrive
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Environmental Engineering with RPEV / CPEng (or working towards) highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience with water resource modelling and design tools such as TUFLOW DRAINS RORB 12d MUSIC HEC-RAS (1D/2D) GoldSim and Source along with a strong working knowledge of industry standards and guidelines such as ARR 2019 and AustRoads.
- Strong client focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and adaptable with the ability to work both independently and within teams and contribute effectively to projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
