Job Summary
Croatian Customer Service Specialist (Sofia Bulgaria)
We are partnering with a leading international customer experience provider and are currently looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Sofia Bulgaria. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers solving problems and working in an international fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support via phone email chat and digital channels

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly approach

Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Follow company guidelines and service quality standards

Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up

Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience
Requirements

Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written)

Good level of English for internal communication

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria

Willingness to work shifts including weekends if required
