Location: Greater New Orleans Area LA
Compensation: 50% Commission Per Contract Sold

About the Role
We are seeking motivated results-driven Outdoor Sales Representatives for a high-opportunity commission-based role designed for individuals who want full control over their income and schedule. This is a 1099 independent contractor position focused on face-to-face door-to-door sales within assigned territories.
You will work alongside experienced leadership including a former professional NFL New Orleans Saints player gaining direct mentorship in sales strategy confidence-building and performance development. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced performance-based environments and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce and sell company services to residential and/or commercial prospects
- Deliver clear professional and persuasive sales presentations in face-to-face settings
- Qualify leads and close contracts in the field
- Maintain accurate records of leads appointments and closed deals
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion and contract completion
- Represent the company with professionalism integrity and consistency
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers directly
- Self-motivated disciplined and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Sales canvassing or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
