Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst with 2 years of hands-on experience in Manhattan Active solutions to provide post-implementation (RUN) support for key retail clients. This is not an implementation rolethe focus is on L2 and L3 support ensuring system stability issue resolution and continuous improvement in line with ITIL standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for Manhattan Active applications (WMS OMS or related modules).
Monitor and manage incidents problems and service requests using ITIL best practices.
Perform root cause analysis troubleshoot issues and provide permanent fixes.
Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance.
Document solutions create knowledge base articles and maintain support processes.
Work with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for ticket management (nice to have).
Support patches upgrades and performance tuning in production environments.
Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active solutions (WMS OMS preferred).
Strong understanding of post-implementation support and RUN operations.
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change Management).
Ability to analyze logs troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate fixes.
Good knowledge of SQL APIs and integration troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Knowledge of retail supply chain processes.
Familiarity with cloud-based Manhattan Active architecture.
