JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a Webflow and Figma Expert to join our creative team. This full-time position requires a passionate individual who has a keen eye for design and a strong ability to translate concepts into interactive web experiences. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly sites.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and implement projects.
- Use Webflow to build responsive websites from Figma design files.
- Ensure designs support a consistent user experience across multiple platforms.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency across projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design and technology trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UI/UX.
- Provide input during design team meetings regarding UI/UX improvements.

Requirements:
- Proven experience less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow and Figma projects.
- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Web Development or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in web design and development will be a plus.
- Must have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work well in an in-person team setting.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role and company.
