Job Summary

HRSI is looking for a Business Development Officer for one of our leading clients in Pakistan.

support the implementation of the Marketing Plan 2026
conduct market intelligence gathering
assist in acquiring new customers and maintain relationships with freight forwarders importers exporters clearing agents and shipping lines.
Additionally the role involves preparing sales reports.

Required Experience:
8-10 years in B2B business development/sales in logistics/shipping/supply chain. Experience in customer service and relationship management.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills basic analytical and reporting capabilities CRM systems proficiency and MS Office proficiency.

Team Structure:
Works closely with the BD Manager and other departments.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business/marketing/supply chain/commerce.

Grading Level:
Middle Management.
