About the Role:
The Sales Junior SDR supports the clients sales efforts by identifying prospects qualifying leads and maintaining organized sales workflows. This role is essential to building and nurturing the commercial pipeline while enabling senior leadership to focus on high-value relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and initial outreach to potential clients and investors
- Qualifying leads and managing follow-ups
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system
- Supporting scheduling and coordination for the CEO and sales meetings
- Assisting with pipeline organization and sales reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales development lead generation or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Proactive detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to support senior sales leadership and follow defined processes
