Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Product Backlog Grooming Requirement Analysis Backlog Creation Solution Designing and Documentation
- Liaise closely with the project team during project implementation to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and to facilitate any requirement related clarifications
- Verification cycle for new developments to ensure they meet requirements
- Participate and provide required support during the project UATs
- Adhere to other SCRUM process related activities
- User Manual Creation User Training and Knowledge Transfers
- Ability to grasp respective domain knowledge with ease and provide fast output
Person Specifications
- 05 years of experience in software business analysis with strong exposure to banking and fintech domains
- Deep understanding of the banking ecosystem including core banking digital channels lending deposits cards and payment operations
- Strong knowledge of payment instruments and schemes such as VISA MasterCard Amex and domestic payment networks
- Proven experience with LankaClear products (e.g. CEFTS SLIPS JustPay LankaPay Online Payment Platform and Common Card & Switch Systems)
- Hands-on experience in digital banking platforms banking APIs and customer onboarding systems
- Excellent skills in requirement elicitation stakeholder communication documentation and presentation
- Experience using requirement management and modelling tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence UML BPMN)
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and ability to function effectively in cross-functional fast-paced teams
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset business acumen and attention to detail
