Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Information Entry Clerk to accurately input update and maintain data across company systems. This role is essential in supporting daily operations inventory tracking compliance documentation and customer or vendor records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately in company databases and systems
  • Maintain records related to products inventory suppliers and customers
  • Verify information for accuracy completeness and compliance
  • Scan file and organize digital and physical documents
  • Assist with reports spreadsheets and basic data analysis
  • Correct data errors and maintain data integrity
  • Follow company data security and confidentiality policies
  • Support administrative and operations teams as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous data entry clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word or Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks
