Operations Manager Germany (m/w/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager (m/f/d) to support our Country Manager Germany and drive operational excellence across our this role you will help ensure financial stability and growth maintain compliance standards and strengthen our operational performance throughout Germany. If you enjoy a dynamic hands-on environment and want to contribute to shaping efficient and future-ready workshop operations this role is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Support to the Country Manager

• Represent and support the management of our German workshop operations.
• Act as an authorized signatory for selected workshop GmbHs across Germany.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of workshop processes.

Operational Leadership

• Lead people processes and resources within workshop environments.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high safety quality and compliance standards.
• Act as the primary operational contact for customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency cost-effectiveness and technical performance.
• Track and evaluate workshop KPIs to ensure operational targets are met.

Compliance & Safety Oversight

• Ensure full compliance with legal regulatory and internal standards including occupational health and safety requirements.

CrossFunctional Operational Involvement

• Actively support HR IT Procurement and Legal matters.
• Contribute to pricing cost control and vendor negotiations.

Spare Parts Management

• Manage local supplier relationships and support procurement processes to ensure cost-effective spare parts availability.
• Support invoice creation and verification related to spare parts transactions ensuring accuracy and alignment with procurement agreements.

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

• Provide support to other parts of the HiSERV Group or specific projects when required and beneficial.

Role Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Economics or related field.
• Extensive experience in workshop management maintenance operations or technical leadership preferably in GSE industry.
• Strong understanding of budgeting cost control and process optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams suppliers and customers.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and operational workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment willing to go the extra mile.
• Proficient in German and English both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to travel for business needs on a regular basis.
• Preferred location in Munich or Frankfurt.
• Drivers licence.
