Job Summary

Job Title: Youth After-School Soccer Coach

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Location: Upper West Side NYC

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to lead an after-school soccer program for children. The ideal candidate will inspire young athletes to develop their skills teamwork and love for the game in a fun engaging and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct soccer sessions for youth participants focusing on skill development sportsmanship and teamwork.

Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all participants feel welcome and encouraged.

Organize drills small-sided games and activities that align with the programs goals.

Manage equipment setup and takedown.

Communicate effectively with parents school staff and program coordinators as needed.

Ensure participants adhere to safety guidelines and provide first aid when necessary.

Qualifications:

Previous experience coaching or playing soccer (youth coaching experience preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work with children of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

Positive attitude reliability and commitment to the programs success.

Must be available Tuesdays-Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation:

$25-$50/per hour
