Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and validate master data article codes spare part kits parts lists price lists and backorder information in ERP systems.
- Prepare analyses KPIs and reports to support operational and management decisions.
- Process and manage customer orders inventory checks and invoicing.
- Clean inactive or incorrect items to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
- Create and maintain an overview of open backorders with prioritization andHandle incoming tickets (pricing lead time standard requests).
- Ensure pricing stability and correct mapping for spare parts and serial items.
- Perform pricing benchmarks against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities.
- Maintain spare parts catalogues and related documentation (including image editing) after change management (ECR).
- Coordinate initial stocking and conduct basket analyses and demand forecasts.

Qualification and Education Requirements:
Experience:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in spare parts management
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
- ERP and BI systems (Infor LN ADD*ONE Power BI or similar).
- Data validation reportingMaster data pricing logic and knowledge of e-learning tools (PowerPoint Articulate Storyline)
- Accuracy and and solution-oriented and structured communication.
- Additional training in ERP systems data analytics or digital learning tools is an advantage.
