Job Summary
1) 负责部门内销售指标分解并分配到每个下属销售员定期跟进业务指标完成情况并制定团队能力发展和提升计划
2) 根据分公司的外部市场环境当地法律法规要求竞争对手情况制定符合分公司更新改造业务发展的策略
3) 推进改造新产品及大项目和大客户的销售
4) 能够运用销售系统管理工具和相关财务报表等管理工具定期回顾销售目标并进行针对性行动计划的制定落实推进和跟踪
5) 与公司内部维修保养团队充分合作推动公司品牌电梯的潜在更新改造销售机会
7) 开拓专业和多样性的销售渠道提升市场覆盖率
8) 完善当地旧楼和旧梯市场信息收集工作收集竞争对手情况及时反馈到总部推进总部产品和政策优化
10) 审阅更新改造合同评估并确保更新改造合同的各条款能够被满足***限度地降低公司营运风险
11对更新改造业务的的销售谈判提供足够必要的支持
12) 根据业务合同的相关条款协调跟踪设备排产发运和当地物料采购
岗位要求
1本科及以上学历机械工程机电工程类专业优先
2良好的沟通技巧和销售管理能力能熟练使用电脑办公软件
3相关销售业务管理从业经验5年以上拥有工程背景从事过旧楼加梯电梯安装维保或大修相关业务工作优先考虑
