Position Overview: Elementary Teacher

We are seeking a compassionate creative and collaborative Teacher to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative school environment where curiosity is celebrated and each childs voice matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Embody and uphold the schools mission and core values
  • Plan and deliver engaging inquiry-based lessons aligned with grade-level benchmarks
  • Create a warm inclusive classroom environment that supports both academic and social-emotional growth
  • Collaborate closely with co-teachers specialists and administrators
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and colleagues
  • Participate in school-wide events professional development and reflection practices
  • Maintain confidentiality professionalism and a spirit of openness and respect

Qualifications

Required:

  • A passion for working with children and a belief in their potential
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
  • A positive flexible attitude and a sense of humor

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Education English Spanish or a related field
  • Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
  • 27 years of relevant grade-level teaching experience
  • Training in Project-Based Learning Responsive Classroom or child-led curriculum models
  • Experience in differentiated instruction phonics and performance-based assessments
