A reputable healthcare system that borders Lake Ontario is searching for a Nurse Supervisor to oversee its 120-bed skilled nursing this role you will provide leadership and guidance to nurses while promoting excellence in care for patients and families across the continuum. You will oversee the delivery of nursing care and the nursing process and serve as a clinical resource to staff. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced staff nurse or charge nurse ready to take the next step up in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor clinical nursing staff in a 120-bed skilled nursing facility.
- Complete rounds to all units.
- Assign staff to patients and maintain adequate and safe staffing ratios.
- Work with residents and families to resolve issues as they arise.
- Assess residents with a change in status and notify MD as needed.
- Assist in the QA process.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing.
- Active RN license.
- 1 years of med/surg or LTC experience is required.

- Full-time permanent position
- Pay $34-$43/hr. base depending on experience differentials
