Position Overview
The Operations Strategy Intern will support our Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) product management team in driving order to cash infrastructure design and delivery as well as optimization of operational resources for the Sales team. The intern will gain exposure to product strategy project management marketing and cross-functional execution of deliverables.

This position is Madison WI.

Essential Duties
Include but are not limited to the following:

Gather business requirements form internal and external stakeholders for order to cash infrastructure enhancements.
Conduct competitive benchmarking of service and support.
Identify and quantify pain points through stakeholder interviews.
Recommend enhancements to improve patient and provider experience increase efficiencies and create competitive differentiation.
Contribute to the final intern project focused on implementing critical optimizations and enhancements to our services stack and order to cash process and workflows.
Uphold company mission and values through accountability innovation integrity quality and teamwork.
Support and comply with the companys Quality Management System policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
Ability to work on a mobile device tablet or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Science or related fields.
Interest in product management project management marketing or healthcare innovation.
Familiarity with data analysis and market research.
Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Salary Range:

$35000.00 - $56000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
