We are seeking a Senior Manager of Provider Successwho thrives in a high-performance scrappy environment.
This is a unique opportunity to join a startup within a startup. While you wont be starting from zero - you will have access to Stellars established best practices resources and technology - you will be tasked with applying them in new ways. The playbook for this business line is still being written and we need someone with the grit to write it while executing at a high level.
This role requires a builders mindset. You will be responsible for driving results in a complex at-risk environment building deep relationships with executive leaders and utilizing data to tell the story of value-based care performance.
This role is for the person who wants to combine the stability of a successful healthtech company with the energy and impact of a new venture. If you are looking for a role where you can simply follow a checklist this isnt it. But if you want to be a key architect in how we scale our risk business and prove that providers can be rewarded fairly for value-based care we want to hear from you.
Pay:
The salary range for this role is$155000 - $190000 an annual performance based bonus.Where a new hire falls within this range will be based on their individual skills and experience and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Stellars bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Stellar rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.
