Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is critical to maintaining and growing a book of business with approximately $350K in revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance be highly organized and possess the ability to hit the ground running. This position is primarily in-office with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week (likely Wednesday).

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with approximately $350K in revenue.
- Handle quoting endorsements and other standard account management tasks.
- Collaborate closely with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional service to clients addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Utilize AMS 360 (experience preferred but not required).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and services.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in insurance management systems (AMS 360 experience is a plus).
- Availability to work in-office with one remote day per week.
