Were looking for a dedicated flexible and forward thinking Night Security Supervisor.
About the Role
As a Night Security Service Supervisor youll be at the forefront of delivering our 24/7 Security Service. This is a unique opportunity to join a team delivering a vital service that supports the safety and wellbeing of our residents and customers.
Youll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of Mobile Patrol Officers with a focus on inclusivity trust and continuous improvement.
- Driving service excellence by achieving and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Providing supervisory support and guidance and instruction for the Careline and Control room teams.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in managing teams and delivering high-performing services.
- A strong inclusive leader with a can-do attitude and a passion for service improvement.
- Experience in security service delivery.
- A commitment to delivering value for money and exceptional customer service.
