Job Summary

Registered Nurse (Flexi Days & Nights). Dalton Court Care Home

Salary: £20.71 per hour
Contracted hours: 38.5 hours per week working a flexible mix of days and nights including some weekend working
Shift patterns: Day and night shifts (8am–8pm / 8pm–8am)

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a flexible role Dalton Court a 60-bed home in the lovely town of Cockermouth provides highquality Nursing Dementia and palliative care in a warm and homely setting. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse to join our team working a blend of days and nights to support outstanding clinical care around the clock.

As a Flexi Registered Nurse your role may include:

Delivering high-quality person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs.
Supporting residents to feel safe comfortable and reassured during both daytime and night-time routines.
Administering medication and carrying out clinical monitoring with accuracy and care.
Working collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure seamless continuity of care across shifts.
Providing emotional support and promoting wellbeing for residents and their families.
Mentoring and guiding junior staff helping them grow and develop in their roles.

What are we looking for

Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN)
Compassionate enthusiastic individuals committed to delivering exceptional care
Experience in nursing home care (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
Flexibility to work a mix of day and night shifts including some weekends on a rolling rota
