Responsible for generating high quality pipeline from our partners within the consulting firms segment to increase overall Mews MRR
Manage report on and organise partner programs including referral payments for these Partners to ensure maximum joint return on investment from the partnerships
Identify and establish new relationships within the consulting firms segment across EMEA NA and APAC or DACH and maintain existing ones to achieve Commercial onboarding and marketing targets
Strategically identified the right clients to partner with within a given region or segment
Have the skills to recognize and capitalize on opportunities through conversations that can benefit Mews in a mid to long term scale
Pitch negotiate and sign partnerships with partners and manage contracts complexity
Ability to foster strong Partner relationships and believing in a process driven culture that creates results
Demonstrate high achiever traits as a strong negotiator with a consultative approach who finds a way to get some success out of every partner interaction
Manage co-create and set programmes that help you hit high growth targets that you can share and report regularly to the team
Ability to present at all levels including Managing Director
Partner database management and contract administration
Contract negotiation

The candidate must have the ability to communicate sell and close business at all levels from Departmental Management to Board Level
Ability to work in a fast-paced company ready to work on your own or as part of a team
Highly structured and organized
Strong administration skills with CRM experience
Ability to take feedback learn quickly and adapt to new situations
A driver of new ideas and suggestions in order to move the company forward
Not afraid to challenge the status quo
Outgoing social ready to communicate with employees customers and partners across different countries and different organizational levels. Happy to represent Mews on a global scale and promote Mews at events
A genuine interest in new technologies that bring innovation in hospitality
Approx 30% travel required
Full fluency in German and English is a must an additional European language skill is highly advantageous
