We are looking for aJunior / Financial Accountant (Accounts Payable / AP) to join our team!
Credit Control
Review daily trade accounts and AR ageing reports (60/90/120 days).
Investigate discrepancies and recommend debit/credit note adjustments.
Reconcile city ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of mismatches.
Guest & Trade Debtor Communications
Prepare and send collection letters and payment reminders.
Respond to payment queries disputes and follow up via phone or email.
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Review account disputes with the Credit Manager.
Work with hotel departments to verify charges and ensure accurate billing.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting credit control or finance operations.
Excellent organisation skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Education: Diploma/Bachelors in Accounting or related disciplines
