Legal Consultant Banking and Finance

We are currently seeking a Financial ServicesLawyer to work within top tier financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial legal and advisory support on various financial products
• Reviewing vetting and drafting a range of legal documents including without limitation treasury documents loan agreements product terms and conditions security documents as requested by different departments to ensure legal compliance of local and international standards
• Liaison coordination and collaboration with both front and back office functions internal control groups and external counsel

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant experience in private practice or in-house banking sector
• Sense of urgency combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross functionally
• Positive mentality and willingness to tackle new and ever-changing business needs
• Qualified in Singapore or common law jurisdiction
