Pricing Execution & Governance
Maintain and update price lists discount structures and rebate frameworks in ERP and CRM systems (e.g. JDE Salesforce).
Implement annual price reviews and ensure timely deployment of price changes.
Monitor adherence to pricing policies and governance standards.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyse pricing performance elasticity and margin impact across product categories.
Produce dashboards and reports for SPI (Sales Price Increase) and other KPIs using tools such as Cognos and Power BI.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to optimise pricing strategies.
Operational Process Management
Ensure accurate set-up of pricing conditions in systems and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Support process improvement initiatives to streamline pricing workflows and reduce complexity.
Maintain master data integrity for products and customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with Sales Finance Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth implementation of pricing changes.
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on pricing processes and tools.
Compliance & Controls
Uphold internal controls for pricing and rebate management ensuring audit readiness.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (JDE Salesforce) and BI tools (PowerB Tableau)
Familiarity with pricing methodologies (cost-plus value-based dynamic pricing).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Degree in Business Finance Economics Engineering or related discipline.
Ability to work independently with general supervision and influence others through expertise and best practices.
Desirable:
Exposure to pricing transformation projects and rebate management.
Experience in multi-country pricing environments
Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages for extracting pricing data.
Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Alteryx Python for data processing).
