About The Position

The Senior Coordinator Student Lifecycle (Higher Education/Online and Global)is responsible foreffective leadership and administration of student lifecycle activities and processes across all College programs. This role focuses on driving collaboration meeting stakeholder needs and leading continuous improvement of all processes.

Working closely with other Senior Coordinators this role manages end-to-end student lifecycle processes for schools partners and role builds strong collaborative relationships within the Student Lifecycle Team and works in close partnership with Program Directors and Business Connect to deliver a consistent case-managed approach to customer service across all delivery locations.

In close collaboration with the Manager and other leaders the role contributes to ensuring academic administration operations are effective streamlined and consistently delivered across all programs modes and locations. This includes leading cultural and work practice changesrequiredto support operationalobjectivesand continuous improvement.

To be successful in this position youll have:

1. Demonstrated experience in the coordination and delivery of academic or student services across Tertiary Education.

2. Demonstrates high level of emotional intelligence with proven well-developed leadership and team building skills and experience in coaching and aligning teams to achieve high performance outcomes.

3. Proven ability to build and nurture strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders demonstrating ability to successfully influence outcomes in high volume highly complex settings.

4. Demonstrates the ability to champion lead and deliver a high-quality customer service applying understanding of stakeholder needs to continuously improve experience and drive timely outcomes.

5. Proven initiative and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to quickly extract the priority issues taking action without specific direction.

6. Highly developed business writing skills and demonstrated experience producing comprehensive recommendations briefing papers and action-oriented reports with ability to convey complex information ideas and concepts clearly and efficiently to a variety of different audiences.

7. Demonstrated experience in leading new and innovative ways of working and the ability to create a culture of continuous improvement.

8. Strong experience of adapting to changing software digital technology and service delivery requirements.
