The Opportunity

To support our ongoing growth we have created a new opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join our Trauma team in Adelaide. Reporting to the Clinical Team Leader and working as part of a team the Clinical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support in an operating theatre environment to our hospital-based customers across our Trauma product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

Attending surgical procedures and providing expert clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing in-service training to Registrars Nursing staff etc.
Optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team and providing product demo as required
Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience

About You

Degree qualified with minimum 1 to 2 years experience as a Clinical Specialist supporting Orthopaedic surgeries preferably Trauma
Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and ability to work after-hours and weekend on-call on a rotating roster
Strong communication presentation and customer service skills
Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused
Autonomous and able to work as part of a team and is organised with good time management skills
