JobSummary:We areseekingan experienced and dynamicR&D Lab Managerto lead our research and development laboratory focused oninfrastructure and architectural coatings. This role requires a strong blend ofpeopleleadershipproject managementexpertise andtechnical knowledgeto drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment motivate teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

EssentialResponsibilities:

• People Management

• Lead mentor and develop a diverse team of scientists technicians and support staff.

• Create a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes engagement accountability and professional growth.

• Project Management

• Oversee multiple R&D projects from concept to commercialization ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met.

• Implement best practices in planning resource allocation and risk management.

• Technical Leadership

• ProvideexpertiseinEnergy & Infrastructure coatings including formulation testing and performance evaluation.

• Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory requirements.

• Motivational Leadership & Team Engagement

• Inspire and energize the team to achieve ambitious goals and deliver innovative solutions.

• Organize team-building activities and foster a culture of collaboration and creativity.

• Effective Communication

• Communicate project updates technical findings and strategicplans clearlyto cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with suppliers customers and strategic partners.

• Represent the R&D function in cross-functional meetings and external collaborations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors orMasters degree in Chemistry Materials Science Chemical Engineering or relatedfield.

• Minimum7 years of experience in R&D with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proventrack recordincoatingstechnology(infrastructure and architectural applications preferred).

• Strong project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).

• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
