TheRefineryNational Account Managerwill work directly with theRefinery Industry Managerand Industrial Groupto implement and execute theIndustrial Groupstrategyfor sustaining and growing our National Account partnerships. This includes managing corporate relationships with multiple National Accounts conducting Business Reviews providing reporting price management and growing existing National Account Managerwill work closely withRefineryIndustry Manager field leadership and field support.
This is a remote role that will support the Houston and Indianapolis markets.Our ideal candidate must be in CST time zone preferably within easy commuting distance of locations in Houston TX and Indianapolis IN.
- Build grow and optimizeNational Account relationshipto acquire newbusinessincrease retention and drive sales.
- Serve as liaison and primary point of contactfor National Accounts.
- Track measure and reportNational Account performance.
- Communicateand implement National Account service agreement deliverables across the organization.
- EvaluatePower BI data and report to intercompany and customer.
- Maintain pricing and other key aspects of contract
- 5 years of Sales Management or Channel experience
- Strong process orientation
- Total Quality Culture Oriented
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
