Job Summary

Builders (Aerospace) Operators
Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM start
Pay: $18/hour
Type:Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable Builders/Operators to join our aerospace production team.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and build aerospace components according to blueprints and work instructions
Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Perform quality checks and report defects
Maintain organized workstations and accurate documentation
Support production goals and timelines
Follow all safety and compliance procedures

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or aerospace experience preferred
Ability to work a 6:00 AM start shift
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable punctual and team-oriented

Whats Offered:

$18/hour starting pay
1st shift schedule
