Before You Apply

What Youll Need

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Recent experience as a Room Leader Senior Practitioner or similar role in an early years setting
• Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities
• Ability to manage daily routines and support staff consistently and calmly

What Youll Do

• Lead the day-to-day running of your room supporting staff and maintaining routines
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
• Observe record and support childrens development and next steps
• Maintain safeguarding health and safety standards throughout the room
• Support and mentor practitioners to ensure consistent high-quality practice
