Job Summary: The Technical Sales Engineer collaborates with the Sales and IT teams to present technical software solutions and services to clients. This position is responsible for evaluating client needs aligning product offerings to specific client requirements and delivering product demonstrations to assist in the sales process.
Essential Responsibilities:
Understand and articulate NCS Credits technical products and service features functionality and benefits
Create and deliver customized product demonstrations to showcase features and address client technical questions/concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions
Document client needs and preferences communicating with NCS Credits technical team to improve overall client experience.
Provide general feedback to NCS Credits technical team on desired client UI/UX features and capabilities
Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitor products and emerging technologies.
Participate in trade shows conferences and industry events to promote NCS Credits products.
Assist in the creation of technical guides and reference material for client utilization
Collaborate and strategize with the Sales team to close prospective client engagements
