Fulltime Internal Position:Onboarding Specialist
Location:Austin TX (hybrid schedule: 3 days in office 2 days remote)
Salary: $45000 (based on experience) $1000$2000 in monthly incentives
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires including new hire paperwork background check/screening data and document collection and submission and monitoring the status of each step.
- Utilization of various software and programs in order to complete a high-volume of data entry.
- Serve as the go-to contact for new employees answering questions and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Work closely with Recruiters HR and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding schedules and documentation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications- Must be Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
- Prior experience in onboarding preferably in a fast-paced staffing or high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems onboarding platforms and compliance requirements (Avionte and Fieldglass a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during busy/peak times.
