Commercial Insurance Producer
A fast-growing national insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to join a high-performing sales organization focused on middle-market business. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry competitive and motivated by income growth and long-term equity. The Opportunity
Build and grow a book of middle-market commercial clients
Focus on prospecting new business and holding client meetings
Work closely with senior leadership and agency partners
Spend time in the field developing relationships
Compensation & Incentives
Highly competitive base commission

Qualifications
34 years of B2B sales experience OR
23 years in an insurance-related role (Producer Assistant Account Rep etc.)
Experience prospecting and leading client meetings
P&C license preferred (or ability to obtain)
