We are looking for a competent and experienced Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to lead direct and oversee our companys human resources plans. As a member of the executive leadership team you will act as a strategic partner driving organizational effectiveness talent management and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with long-term business goals.
- Talent Strategy: Lead executive-level recruitment onboarding and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
- Culture & Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive inclusive and productive workplace environment.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal state and local labor laws (EEOC ADA FMLA etc.) to minimize risk.
- Performance & Compensation: Oversee performance management systems compensation structures and benefits administration to attract and retain top talent.
- Change Management: Lead organizational development initiatives and manage company-wide changes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a VP of HR or similar senior HR leadership role (typically 10 years).
- Deep knowledge of labor laws HR policies and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with executives and staff.
- Experience in organizational development talent acquisition and performance management.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or Business Administration.
