About this role
ThisEnvironmentalHealth & Safety (EHS) Internshipsupports CarriersClimate Solutions America (CSA) Aftermarket EHS functional teamis responsible forthe designdeploymentand continual improvement of the EHS Operating System across more than175 field office locations across US and Canada.
Thisproject-basedinternship provideshands-onexperience infield serviceconstruction adjacentenvironments andreal worldoperational EHS challenges. The primary focus will be supporting enhancements to CarriersElectrical Safety Program including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) arc flash controls contractor electrical safety andfield specifichazard assessments. The role contributes directly to compliance improvements program maturity and the strengthening of EHS culture across a decentralized organization.
Key Responsibilities
Leadanelectrical safety program upgrade initiative including project scoping planning execution and documentation of final deliverables.
Assist with EHS functional team initiatives tied to the2026 Annual Plan including program development and deployment.
Partner with theEHS Program Managerto drive process improvement efforts and support KPI tracking analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with theNortheast Regional EHS Leaderto support program implementation communications andincident responseactivities across the region.
Contribute toadditionalEHS projects andtasks asassigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree program Environmental Health & Safety Engineering or any EHS field.
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest or foundational knowledge inelectrical safety LOTO or general OSHA compliance.
Strong communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a highly decentralized environment.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Teams).
Self-motivated organized and able to support multiple workstreams.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is $36750$127500.
