ROLE SUMMARY
As a Sr Director FIT Product Manager you will be the driving force behind the rapid prototyping and MVP development of innovative digital AI and data products within the Forward Impact Engineering and Engagement Team. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers designers and analysts to quickly iterate on concepts validate solutions and deliver impactful products that address key business challenges in R&D specifically within the Chief Medical Office Business Line.
Your focus will be for the R&D Medical and Real World Evidence PODs which involves on hands-on product leadershipestablishing clear product vision strategy and roadmaps and ensuring that prototypes and MVPs are built tested and refined efficiently. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to align priorities gather feedback and adapt solutions to maximize business value all while fostering a culture of creativity experimentation and continuous improvement.
