The ideal candidate will ensure seamless daily operations maintain high standards of guest service and lead teams to exceed company goals. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of housekeeping front office and breakfast services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Train mentor and manage department supervisors and staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Create schedules and monitor staffing levels to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 3 years proven experience in hospitality management preferably overseeing multiple departments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
