Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM. Hybrid work schedule available after 60-90 days. It may be necessary given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. This role is located at 4101 Percival Road Columbia SC 29229.
What You Will Do:
Produces and distributes standard reports at varying frequencies on utilization clinical high dollar forecast/notifications billing and purchased products to external parties. Facilitates additional ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Coordinates dotRs which address routine issues including benefits claims membership billing and reporting and stop loss coordinating with the appropriate internal resource whether that be a SME or the groups assigned Account Advocate as directed by Account Executive or Client Relationship Manager.
Coordinates system access (MHTK Blue e-Bill Blue DataConnect etc.) for groups brokers and Partner Plan Reps and facilitates copies of member ID cards as needed.
Provide support as needed to the department
To Qualify for This Position Youll Need the Following:
Required Education: Bachelors
Degree Equivalency: 4 years job related work experience or Associates and 2 years job related work experience
Required Work Experience: 2 years-experience in marketing sales account management or health benefits operations.
Required Skills and Abilities: Good judgment skills. Effective customer service organizational skills. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in attention to details spelling punctuation and grammar skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
