Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Booking Specialist to join our growing this role you will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements including flights hotels cruises tours and vacation packages. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people create memorable travel experiences and has strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking flights hotels cruises vacation packages and transportation
- Research travel options and recommend destinations accommodations and activities
- Provide personalized travel planning based on client preferences and budgets
- Manage reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed
- Communicate with travel vendors airlines hotels and tour operators
- Handle itinerary changes cancellations and travel issues when needed
- Stay updated on travel trends promotions and industry updates
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer and internet research skills
- Passion for travel and helping others plan experiences
- Previous travel hospitality or sales experience is a plus (not required)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with travel booking platforms or reservation systems
- Sales or client consultation experience
- Knowledge of international and domestic travel requirements
