Job Summary

As a Network Systems Analyst at the Pride youll play a critical role in keeping our core logistics and export systems running smoothly while continuously improving how our network operates.

This role is all about systems ownership and problem solving. Youll be the go-to SME across transport warehouse export CRM and SAP platforms leading BAU support and partnering closely with operational teams and vendors. When systems issues arise youll step in get to the root cause and deliver sustainable fixes helping the business work smarter faster and more digitally.

What Youll Do:

Provide BAU support and SME expertise across Export Transport Warehouse (WMS/TMS) CRM and SAP systems.
Manage escalated incidents changes and system issues.
Maintain system configuration integrations master data and standard operating ways of working.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep systems performing drive improvements and embed best practice.
Support projects as the systems representative including UAT data readiness and change support.

What Youll Bring:

Broad hands-on systems experience across logistics platforms (SAP TMS WMS CRM) ideally in a complex distribution or FMCG environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across multiple vendors and operational teams.
A logistics or warehousing background with a practical understanding of how operations run day-to-day would be advantageous.
A problem-solving mindset curiosity ownership and a drive to continuously improve.
