The Company
A world-leading manufacturer of rotating equipment and precision mechanical components supplying a diverse range of industrial sectors including pump OEMs pump service providers filtration chemicals semiconductors food & beverage and general industrial applications.
This organisation is seeking a dynamic hands-on Sales & Marketing leader to drive global sales expansion. This is not a passive back-office strategic role they want an energetic leader who thrives on growth customer engagement and building highperformance teams. You will shape and deliver the global sales and marketing strategy playing a pivotal role in the continued success of this worldclass business.
The Role
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to achieve ambitious global sales targets
- Expand customer base while enhancing satisfaction loyalty and service delivery
- Recruit train and develop high-performing sales teams
- Conduct competitor analysis and build effective pricing models
- Lead forecasting and set regional sales targets
- Drive product and service development initiatives
- Increase market share and elevate brand presence worldwide
- Lead marketing strategy and strengthen the companys value proposition
- Win new business and grow key accounts
- Improve repeat business and overall service performance
- Act as a global ambassador for the brand
- Lead from the front setting the highest standards across the organisation
The Candidate
- Charismatic strategic and inspiring sales leader
- Hands-on proactive and driven with a strong cando attitude
- Natural gravitas with customers and internal teams
- Mechanical engineering background preferred
- Strong understanding of rotating equipment pumps and associated components
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics
- Deep experience in pumps filtration and industrial markets
- Proven track record in senior sales and marketing leadership roles
- Experience driving UK and international sales transformation and growth
- Exceptional ability to motivate influence and lead teams
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills
- Background in industrial OEM distribution and enduser product/service sales
