Location: Essex / Hybrid / flexible for the right person

We are looking for a commercially strong Sales Director to build and scale a construction recruitment division within an established recruitment business.
This is a genuine opportunity for someone who knows how to win business grow revenue and build a high-performing team.
You will have the backing of an existing operational delivery function allowing you to focus on client growth leadership and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
