We are looking for a talented Junior SousChef to join our kitchen brigade. Thekitchen has been designed to be spacious and state of the art so this is afabulous environment to work in for any passionate chefs looking to furthertheir career. Previous experience isessential at this level ideally at high rosette or Michelin level as this willbe a high performing role working to the highest standards.

Whatyoull be doing

• Work alongside the Head Chef andSenior Sous Chef to create and develop exciting quality seasonal menus whilstachieving agreed targets of profit revenue and customer satisfaction
• To be a point of contact betweenthe kitchen and Management/food service team
• Strong desire to learn and alwayspush yourself to develop as a chef
• You are confident in managingtraining and passing on your knowledge to the more junior members of the team
• To be fully aware of the CompanysFood Policy and Food Handlers responsibilities in line with legislation andcontractual obligations
