We are hiring Events Manager;

As a Events Manager we rely on you to:

  • Execute strategic events sales plans to achieve revenue targets including identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and expanding the hotels banquet customer base.

  • Handle client inquiries complaints and special requests promptly and professionally resolving issues to maintain high client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients ensuring compliance with hotel policies while maximizing profitability.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments (such as catering and housekeeping etc.) to ensure seamless event execution from planning to post-event follow-up.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry best practices to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the local market.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Event sales within a luxury hotel or high-end event venue with at least 1 year in a manager role.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients team members and senior management.

  • In-depth knowledge of banquet operations event planning catering services and industry standards; familiarity with event management software is preferred.

  • Passion for hospitality attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Fluent in oral and written English.

  • Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as required by event schedules.
